Seah's Spices Emperor Herbs Chicken Spices mix

Seah's Emperor Herbs Chicken Spices mix is a 23g seasoning blend designed to infuse chicken dishes with rich, herbal flavours. 

Crafted in Singapore, this mix combines traditional Chinese herbs and spices, including Chinese Angelica (Angelica Sinensis), Chuanxiong Rhizome (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort.), Wolfberry Fruit (Lycium Barbarum), Longan Aril (Dimocarpus Longan), Pepper, and Ginseng, along with salt and permitted flavor enhancers (E631, E627). 

The preparation involves applying the spice mix to both the exterior and interior of the chicken, wrapping it in the provided wrapper followed by aluminium foil / baking paper, and steaming over low heat for approximately 2.5 hours.  This method allows the herbs to deeply penetrate the meat, resulting in a flavourful and aromatic dish.
